This website is operated by Odyssey Interior. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
Products
All products are made to order and finished by hand. Small air bubbles, slight colour variations, marble pattern differences and small finish variations may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade home decor and are not considered faults.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.
Orders
Please check all product details, colours, sizes, prices and delivery information before placing your order.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.
Made to Order Items
Most items are made to order. Our usual processing time is 3 to 7 working days before dispatch. This may be longer during busy periods, collection launches or for custom colour orders.
Custom colour pieces, personalised items and items made to your specific request cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. After this time, cancellation may not be possible because your item may already be in progress.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to update product prices, delivery charges, product details or availability at any time.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, with a neighbour, concierge, reception area or any other nominated location, this is done at your own risk once the courier confirms delivery to that location.
Returns and Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. We do not provide return labels for change-of-mind returns.
Care Instructions
Our pieces are decorative and should be treated with care. Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and avoid soaking. Please wipe spills quickly, especially oils, coffee, wine, perfume and coloured liquids.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care, misuse, dropping the item, soaking, staining or placing the item in unsuitable conditions.
Intellectual Property
All images, product designs, text, branding, photography and website content belong to Odyssey Interior and must not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
