Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Odyssey Interior. Each piece is made with care, finished by hand and packed carefully in our small UK studio.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After contacting us, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.

The customer is responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not provide a return label for change-of-mind returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom colour pieces, personalised items and items made to your specific request cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. After this time, cancellation may not be possible because your item may already be in progress.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A photo of the delivery label

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, refund or return instructions.

Natural Variations

Our pieces are made by hand, so small air bubbles, slight colour variations, marble pattern differences and small finish variations may occur. These are part of the natural character of handmade decor and are not considered faults.

Care Responsibility

Please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Our pieces are decorative and should be wiped gently with a soft damp cloth. Avoid soaking and wipe spills quickly, especially oils, coffee, wine, perfume and coloured liquids.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care, misuse, dropping the item, soaking, staining, or placing the item in unsuitable conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom colour or personalised pieces, unless faulty
- Used items
- Items damaged after delivery due to incorrect care or misuse
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items not returned in their original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Upgraded delivery options are not refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
